All of our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €100 in the European Union and the United Kingdom. No code necessary, free shipping will be applied at checkout.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.
Our prices do not include import VAT or customs duties. Because parcels are shipped from outside the EU and the UK, any import VAT, customs duty and carrier handling fee are payable by the recipient on delivery (delivery duty unpaid). For UK customers: orders above £135 may incur additional import duties charged by HMRC.
Orders enter processing immediately, so changes are not possible after the order is placed; cancellation requests should be emailed as early as possible and are honoured if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.
Where your order ships from
HARTTMAN is a menswear brand operated by INFINITY BUSINESS COMPANY LLC. Our products are made and dispatched by our manufacturing and fulfilment partners in China, other parts of Asia and Europe, depending on the item and shipped directly to you with a tracked international service, handed over to your local postal carrier for final delivery. We currently deliver to the 27 countries of the European Union and to the United Kingdom only.
The delivery times below combine our processing time (1-3 business days) and transit time and reflect a realistic estimate; customs inspections can occasionally add a few days. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.
Free Shipping:
- On all orders above €100 for the European Union.
- On all orders above €100 for the United Kingdom.
For orders under the threshold, the following shipping costs apply:

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
HARTTMAN only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email support@hartt-man.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
Delays, wrong address and refused parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will resend it or refund you in full. Parcels returned to us because of an incomplete or wrong address, refusal, or failure to collect from the carrier will be refunded minus the outbound shipping cost once received back; we can also reship at your request at cost.
