How we work
HARTTMAN is operated by INFINITY BUSINESS COMPANY LLC, a company registered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. We do not run our own factories or warehouses. Each piece is produced and dispatched by our manufacturing and fulfilment partners in China, other parts of Asia and Europe, depending on the item, and shipped directly to you with tracked delivery. This direct model is what keeps our prices where they are; the trade off is a delivery time of 7 to 12 business days in the European Union and 5 to 8 in the United Kingdom, which we state on every product page and in our Shipping Policy.
Where we sell
We currently deliver to the 27 countries of the European Union and to the United Kingdom, with prices in euro. Import VAT and duties are payable on delivery; we explain exactly how this works in our Shipping Policy before you order.
Our promise
Every order can be returned within 14 days of delivery, faulty items are replaced or refunded with return postage on us, and a real person answers your email at support@hartt-man.com within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
