VAT and import taxes

We are not registered for VAT in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Our prices exclude import VAT and customs duties, which are payable by the recipient on delivery, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Returns address

The return address is sent to you by email when you register a return with our customer service.

Consumer rights and dispute resolution

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (see our Right of Withdrawal page). Nothing in our Terms of Service limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence. We are not obliged and do not participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body. The EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025. Supervisory authority for a regulated profession: not applicable.
