We design every piece with care and precision. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. This is your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom: you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason (see our Right of Withdrawal page, which includes the model cancellation form).

Returns must be shipped within this 14 day period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
With all tags attached
In the original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

To ensure your return can be processed correctly, all returns must be registered by email at support@hartt-man.com before shipment, quoting your order number.

Returns sent without prior registration by email may be refused upon arrival or returned to sender. Once your return is registered we will send you the return address (sent to you by email when you register the return) and instructions. Please ship the item within 14 days of registering the return.

Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
Underwear, including socks
Fragrances without the original sealed packaging
Final Sale items
Items returned after the 14 day return period

Bundles & Promotional Offers

Bundle or multipack items may be returned provided the complete set is returned, including all individual items and original packaging. Individual items from a bundle cannot be refunded separately.

Items purchased as part of 1+1 or 2+1 promotional campaigns are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on your location and chosen courier. As an indication, a tracked international return parcel typically costs between EUR 10 and EUR 30. For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes or related charges are the responsibility of the sender.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Return costs are non refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds cover the full amount you paid, including the standard outbound shipping cost (any optional express upgrade is not refunded), and are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage, whichever comes first. There is no restocking fee.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your case and advise on the next steps. Return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items is paid by HARTTMAN. This does not affect your statutory rights: goods sold to EU consumers are covered by a two year legal guarantee of conformity, and to UK consumers by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Orders Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date shown in our Shipping Policy, contact us and we will resend the order or refund you in full, at your choice.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

Orders are passed to our fulfilment partner quickly. If you need to cancel, email support@hartt-man.com as soon as possible; we will cancel and refund in full if the order has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, your 14 day right of withdrawal applies.
