Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods (of the last item, if your order is delivered in several parcels).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, INFINITY BUSINESS COMPANY LLC (trading as HARTTMAN), 1209 Mountain Road Place Northeast, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States of America, email support@hartt-man.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, at no cost to you.
You shall send back the goods to the return address we provide when you register the return (sent to you by email when you register the return) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods; for an international tracked parcel this is typically between EUR 10 and EUR 30. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (for example underwear and socks) or to goods made to your specifications.
