WHO RECEIVES YOUR DATA
We share personal data only with parties needed to run the store and fulfil your order: Shopify Inc. (store platform and hosting), our payment providers (for example PayPal and card processors, who receive payment data directly), carriers and tracking services, our manufacturing and fulfilment partners in China, other parts of Asia and Europe, depending on the item (who receive your name, delivery address and phone number to ship your order), email and customer service tools, and advertising and analytics providers such as Google and Meta (only with your cookie consent). We never sell your personal data.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your data is processed in the United States, where we are established, and in the countries of our fulfilment partners. Where data of EU or UK residents leaves the EEA or the UK we rely on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with additional technical safeguards.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
Order and invoice data: for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 10 years). Customer account data: until you close your account. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Cookie data: for the lifetime of each cookie as shown in the cookie banner.
COOKIES
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the store, and, only with your prior consent, analytics and marketing cookies (for example Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel). CHILDREN
Our store is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
